Nickel coated diamond composite powder is a kind of diamond surface metallization product. Diamond is well known as the highest hardness materials in natural.Its Mohs hardness is 10. The wear resistance and grinding ability is higher than all the grinding materials. In the production of diamond tools, metal bond or resin is used to fix the diamond particles to the matrix. The diamond has a very high interfacial energy, so it is difficult to bond with the general metal, alloy or resin. In this case, the diamond particles are only mechanically embedded in the matrix, and the combination force is poor, so the diamond is easy to be separated from the matrix in the work, resulting in the failure of the work, the working life is short, the grinding performance is not good enough.
